Lioness in Ebony Grove

I have always loved the beautiful “enchanted” ebony groves of South Luangwa National Park in Zambia. I couldn’t believe my luck when I came across a pride of lions in one of these lovely groves. I deployed a wide-angle remote camera in an attempt to convey a sense of the lions in this beautiful environment. I got this shot when an inquisitive young lioness decided to investigate the camera.
